Dr. Krauthammer is on Fox News. He is an M.D. and he is paralyzed from the neck down. Be forewarned on what is happening. A friend went to hear Charles Krauthammer. He listened with 25 others in closed room. What he says here, is NOT 2nd-hand but 1st. You would do well to read and pass this along to EVERYBODY that loves his country. This is VERY serious for the direction of our country. The ramifications are staggering for us & our children.

Last Monday was a profound evening, hearing Dr. Charles Krauthammer speak to the Center for the American Experiment. He is brilliant intellectual, seasoned & articulate. He is forthright and careful in his analysis, and never resorts to emotions or personal insults. He is NOT a fear monger nor an extremist in his comments and views. He is a fiscal conservative, and has a Pulitzer Prize for writing. He is a frequent contributor to Fox News and writes weekly for the Washington Post. The entire room was held spellbound during his talk. I have shared this with many of you and several have asked me to summarize his comments, as we are living in uncharted waters economically and internationally.

Even 2 Dems at my table agreed with everything he said! If you feel like forwarding this to those who are open minded and have not drunk the Kool-Aid, feel free.

Summary of his comments:

1. Mr. Obama is a very intellectual, charming individual. He is not to be
underestimated. He is a cool customer who doesn’t show his emotions. It’s very hard to know what’s behind the mask. Taking down the Clinton dynasty from a political neophyte was an amazing accomplishment. The Clintons still do not understand what hit them. Obama was in the perfect place at the perfect time.

2. Obama has political skills comparable to Reagan and Clinton. He has a way of making you think he’s on your side, agreeing with your position, while doing the opposite. Pay no attention to what he SAYS; rather, watch what he DOES!

3. Obama has a ruthless quest for power. He did not come to Washington to make something out of himself, but rather to change everything, including dismantling capitalism. He can’t be straightforward on his ambitions, as the public would not go along. He has a heavy hand, and wants to level the playing field with income redistribution and punishment to the achievers of society. He would like to model the USA to Great Britain or Canada .

4. His three main goals are to control ENERGY, PUBLIC EDUCATION, & NATIONAL HEALTHCARE by the Federal government. He doesn’t care about the auto or financial services industries, but got them as an early bonus. The cap and trade will add costs to everything and stifle growth. Paying for FREE college education is his goal. Most scary is his healthcare program, because if you make it FREE and add 46,000,000 people to a Medicare-type single-payer system, the costs will go through the roof. The only way to control costs is with massive RATIONING of services, like in Canada . God forbid.

5. He has surrounded himself with mostly far-left academic types. No one around him has ever even run a candy store. But they are going to try and run the auto, financial, banking and other industries. This obviously can’t work in the long run. Obama is not a socialist; rather he’s a far-left secular progressive bent on nothing short of revolution. He ran as a moderate, but will govern from the hard left. Again, watch what he does, not what he says.

6. Obama doesn’t really see himself as President of the United States, but more as a ruler over the world. He sees himself above it all, trying to orchestrate & coordinate various countries and their agendas. He sees moral equivalency in all cultures. His apology tour in Germany and England was a prime example of how he sees America, as an imperialist nation that has been arrogant, rather than a great noble nation that has at times made errors. This is the first President ever who has chastised our allies and appeased our enemies!

7. He is now handing out goodies. He hopes that the bill (and pain) will not come due until after he is reelected in 2012. He would like to blame all problems on Bush from the past, and hopefully his successor in the future. He has a huge ego, and Mr. Krauthammer believes he is a narcissist.

8. Republicans are in the wilderness for a while, but will emerge strong. Were pining for another Reagan, but there will never be another like him. Krauthammer believes Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty & Bobby Jindahl (except for
his terrible speech in February) are the future of the party. Newt Gingrich is brilliant, but has baggage. Sarah Palin is sincere and intelligent, but needs to really be seriously boning up on facts and info if she is to be a serious candidate in the future. We need to return to the party of lower taxes, smaller government, personal responsibility, strong national defense, and state’s rights.

9. The current level of spending is irresponsible and outrageous. We are spending trillions that we don’t have. This could lead to hyperinflation, depression or worse. No country has ever spent themselves into prosperity. The media is giving Obama, Reid and Pelosi a pass because they love their agenda. But eventually the bill will come due and people will realize the huge bailouts didn’t work, nor will the stimulus package. These were trillion-dollar payoffs to Obama’s allies, unions and the Congress to placate the left, so he can get support for #4 above.

10. The election was over in mid-September when Lehman brothers failed, fear and panic swept in, we had an unpopular President, and the war was grinding on indefinitely without a clear outcome. The people are in pain, and the mantra of change caused people to act emotionally.. Any Dem would have won this election; it was surprising it was as close as it was.

11. In 2012, if the unemployment rate is over 10%, Republicans will be swept back into power. If it’s under 8%, the Dems continue to roll. If it’s between 8-10%, it will be a dogfight. It will all be about the economy. I hope this gets you really thinking about what’s happening in Washington and Congress. There is a left-wing revolution going on, according to Krauthammer, and he encourages us to keep the faith and join the loyal resistance. The work will be hard, but were right on most issues and can reclaim our country, before it’s far too late.

First, all but the brightest and most conservative must go. We have some older republicans in office that have tried to remain conservative, but they are now set in their ways and will likely be resistant to the change that is needed, so they must go also. What we need are strong, young, staunch conservatives who are willing to make the unpopular decisions needed to get us back on track. This will be discussed later in this article. Only conservatives who believe in capitalism, the free economy and little or no government intervention should be chosen. Those who are willing to work for the greater good of the country and not the greater good of their careers are needed. We need to get back to the era of citizen politicians and not career politicians. History has shown that career politicians care only for their careers and what will get them re-elected, not what is good for the country.

Next, these candidates must be willing to pass legislation limiting their terms in office. These false contentions that long serving politicians garner considerable and valuable experience to the position no longer holds water. It would be nice if this were true. All long serving politicians manage to garner is considerable pocketbooks for themselves and considerable expense for the taxpayer! Also, the longer they serve, the more corrupt they become!

Once these “best of the best” are in office, the first priority must be to get spending under control! NO EXCEPTIONS!! Sadly, Bush signed a pay increase for these braggarts right at the beginning of this mess. That increase must be rescinded! No governmental employee from president on down deserves any gratuity for screwing up, AND THEY ALL SCREWED UP!! All pay increases from the Bush increase needs to be rescinded! All above mentioned governmental wages should be frozen until national unemployment is below 4.9 %… period. All entitlement programs should be immediately frozen until the above mentioned unemployment goal has been reached. Starting immediately, we need across the board cuts of 10% in ALL spending. I love the military and realize that we are at war, but we are winning with the present technology we have. Cut back on future research for five years. I figure we are at least ten years ahead of our strongest enemy, so a few years should not put us in eminent danger. If the situation should change, we can resume research. Immediately stop all these outrageous stimuli bills and use all remaining funds to pay down our debt… starting with China. ONLY A COMPLETE FOOL WOULD BORROW FROM HIS ENEMY… CHINA IS THE ENEMY!!! WAKE UP!!! Sell all US possession overseas that are not essential. If that Country does not want our military there… THEN LEAVE!! Return power to the states where it constitutionally belongs. Eliminate all government programs that can be handled by the states. Eliminate all governmental programs that are redundant, overlapping, duplicates of other programs (there are many) and all programs that do not produce real results!

We now depend on tyrannical governments for the majority of our energy needs. If they were to declare war on us, we would last only six months or so before we run out of oil( six months federal oil reserve). Let’s face it, the world,,, and our country runs on oil. This will remain so for a very long time. Foreign oil is costing us more than 700 billion dollars a year and is only increasing. Solar and wind energy can never replace oil, at least not in this generation. Natural gas powered vehicles is at least 50 years away, or more. It took decades to build the gasoline infrastructure we now enjoy and it will take at least as long for natural gas. Hydrogen is even further down the road! Forget about electric cars. On a bright sunny day, maybe 60 miles of level ground before the battery dies. Add headlights and/or wipers at night, cut that in half! Forget about AC or heat… OR THAT LOUD 600 WATT STERO!!! How about the batteries? Let’s forget momentarily that they are considered as hazardous material if you are in an accident. How about battery life? Have you ever owned a cordless tool… like a drill? I don’t know about all of you out there, but I now have at least six of these tools. None work! The batteries in all of them lasted about a year. I will not go into the astronomical price of replacing the batteries in electric cars, but you might before considering purchasing one. This also goes for hybrids. I figure replacing all of them at least three times in a ten year period would not be out of the question! This is a long way of preaching “DRILL HERE DRILL NOW!” Our new young politicians will have to take on the radical environmentalists and defeat them soundly. This will require the total support of YOU! This not only means drilling off shore but on shore. We have more oil reserves on the US landmass than all the Arabian oil reserves combined. Drilling in the US will solve many serious problems. It will completely eliminate our dangerous dependency on foreign oil, it will drastically reduce the price of oil and it will put literally millions of Americans to work in stable long term jobs.

Most importantly… Jobs (Joe Biden’s three letter word)! Cut corporate income tax rates to 5% for five years then raise to not more than 10% slowly over the next ten years. Cut federal excise tax to 0% for three years. Cut individual income tax by 10% for five years. Give incentives (tax breaks) to companies who moved out of the country to return. End the Death Tax.

Enforce the immigration laws that are on the books. Fine all Employers who hire illegal immigrants. They are paying low wages which undermine regular wages, provide no health benefits and are taking advantage of the illegal status of the immigrants to abuse them. This is an insult to them and is taking an otherwise good paying job from an American or legal immigrant. Freeze all immigration until unemployment drops to below 5%. Finish the border wall. PUT ARMED TROOPS ON THE BORDER WITH THE SAME ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY AS THE BORDER PATROL!! Anyone who tries to smuggle drugs or arms over the border should be considered an enemy and treated as such! Send all illegal immigrants back to their home countries. This is not impossible and would not cost anywhere near as much as the so called stimulus (JOBS) bill. This would open up jobs for Americans and reduce the welfare role substantially, not to mention reducing healthcare costs! I am not cold hearted, but I believe Americans and legal immigrants should come first. If we want to solve the woes of Mexico, then we should begin with their corrupt government first. Give them good paying jobs there and they will not want to come here!!

These are but a few of the necessary steps needed to put our country back on track. Please note that I did not stipulate Democrat or Republican. The important position here is conservatism! If you can find a good conservative Democrat, then by all means, vote him/her into office. But be prepared to vote ANYONE out who does not do their job. I have said this many times and it cannot be emphasized enough… government is there to serve the people, not to be served by the people! For far too long we have been complacent with government, both frderal, state and local. We have either ignored or just gone along with the actions of those who were meant to serve us. The result of this complacency is now upon us. For this complacency our children and our children’s children will suffer. Our country is headed for total economic collapse. I believe this is now inevitable. What we must do now is to try to control the amount of damage to come and work toward a quick recovery. To alleviate as much as possible the suffering that has been imposed on future generations. America is a land of great, determined people of all walks of life. We have proven time and time again that we cannot be kept down. We always bounce back stronger and even more determined than before. Let’s vote the bums out and elect a new generation of men and women that are willing to serve the will of the people and not themselves. There are many out there of such caliber, we just need to find them

this question to his friend who lived in Saudi Arabia for 20 years.

and a loyal American citizen? Is Muslim American really an oxymoron?”

THEOLOGICALLY, no. Because his allegiance is to Allah, the moon god of Arabia.

RELIGIOUSLY, no. Because no other religion is accepted by his Allah except Islam (Quran 2:256).

SCRIPTURALLY, no. Because his allegiance is to the five pillars of Islam and the Quran (Koran).

GEOGRAPHICALLY, no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca, to which he turns in prayer five times a day.

SOCIALLY, no. Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.

POLITICALLY, no. Because he must submit to the mullah (spiritual leaders) who teach annihilation of Israel and destruction of America, the Great Satan.

SPIRITUALLY, no. Because when we declare “one nation under God,” the Christians’ God is loving and kind, while Allah is never referred to as heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in the Quran’s 99 excellent names.

Therefore, after much study and deliberation. Perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in America. They obviously cannot be both “good” Muslims and good Americans. Call it what you wish, it’s
still the truth.”

If anyone thinks this is wrong, perhaps they should try moving to a Muslim country and see what happens to them.

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don’t propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don’t write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don’t set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don’t control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don’t care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator’s responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
What separates a politician from a normal human being is
an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted — by present facts — of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can’t think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it’s because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it’s because they want it in the red.

If the Army &Marines are in IRAQ, it’s because they want them in IRAQ

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it’s because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like “the economy,” “inflation,” or “politics” that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people and they alone, are responsible.

They and they alone, have the power.

They and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess! This includes your Senators and Congressman, thet are all in it together.

As a practicing physician I have major concerns with the healthcare bill before Congress. I actually have read the bill and am shocked by the brazenness of the government’s proposed involvement in the patient physician relationship. The very idea that the government will dictate and ration patient care is dangerous and certainly not helpful in designing a healthcare system that works for all. Every physician I work with agrees that we need to fix our healthcare system, but the proposed bills currently making their way through congress will be a disaster if passed.

Thank you very much for inviting me.

I come to America with a mission. All is not well in the old world. There is a tremendous danger looming, and it is very difficult to be optimistic. We might be in the final stages of the Islamization of Europe. The Europe you know is changing.

You have probably seen the landmarks. But in all of these cities, sometimes a few blocks away from your tourist destination, there is another world. It is the world of the parallel society created by Muslim mass-migration.

All throughout Europe a new reality is rising: entire Muslim neighborhoods where very few indigenous people reside or are even seen. And if they are, they might regret it. This goes for the police as well. It’s the world of head scarves, where women walk around in figureless tents, with baby strollers and a group of children. Their husbands, or slaveholders if you prefer, walk three steps ahead. With mosques on many street corners. The shops have signs you and I cannot read. You will be hard-pressed to find any economic activity. These are Muslim ghettos controlled by religious fanatics. These are Muslim neighborhoods, and they are mushrooming in every city across Europe . These are the building-blocks for territorial control of increasingly larger portions of Europe , street by street, neighborhood by neighborhood, city by city.

There are now thousands of mosques throughout Europe . With larger congregations than there are in churches. And in every European city there are plans to build super-mosques that will dwarf every church in the region. Clearly, the signal is: we rule.

Many European cities are already one-quarter Muslim: just take Amsterdam , Marseille and Malmo in Sweden . In many cities the majority of the under-18 population is Muslim. Paris is now surrounded by a ring of Muslim neighborhoods. Mohammed is the most popular name among boys in many cities.

In some elementary schools in Amsterdam the farm can no longer be mentioned, because that would also mean mentioning the pig, and that would be an insult to Muslims.

A total of fifty-four million Muslims now live in Europe . San Diego University recently calculated that a staggering 25 percent of the population in Europe will be Muslim just 12 years from now. Bernhard Lewis has predicted a Muslim majority by the end of this century.

Now these are just numbers. And the numbers would not be threatening if the Muslim-immigrants had a strong desire to assimilate. But there are few signs of that. The Pew Research Center reported that half of French Muslims see their loyalty to Islam as greater than their loyalty to France . One-third of French Muslims do not object to suicide attacks. The British Centre for Social Cohesion reported that one-third of British Muslim students are in favor of a worldwide caliphate. Muslims demand what they call ‘respect’. And this is how we give them respect. We have Muslim official state holidays.

The Christian-Democratic attorney general is willing to accept sharia in the Netherlands if there is a Muslim majority. We have cabinet members with passports from Morocco and Turkey .

Muslim demands are supported by unlawful behavior, ranging from petty crimes and random violence, for example against ambulance workers and bus drivers, to small-scale riots. Paris has seen its uprising in the low-income suburbs, the banlieus. I call the perpetrators ’settlers’. Because that is what they are. They do not come to integrate into our societies; they come to integrate our society into their Dar-al-Islam. Therefore, they are settlers.

Much of this street violence I mentioned is directed exclusively against non-Muslims, forcing many native people to leave their neighborhoods, their cities, their countries. Moreover, Muslims are now a swing vote not to be ignored.

Now, if Mohammed had been a man of peace, let us say like Ghandi and Mother Theresa wrapped in one, there would be no problem. The public has wholeheartedly accepted the Palestinian narrative, and sees Israel as the aggressor. I have lived in this country and visited it dozens of times. I support Israel . First, because it is the Jewish homeland after two thousand years of exile up to and including Auschwitz, second because it is a democracy, and third because Israel is our first line of defense.

This tiny country is situated on the fault line of jihad, frustrating Islam’s territorial advance. Israel is facing the front lines of jihad, like Kashmir, Kosovo, the Philippines , Southern Thailand, Darfur in Sudan , Lebanon , and Aceh in Indonesia . Israel is simply in the way. The same way West-Berlin was during the Cold War.

The war against Israel is not a war against Israel . It is a war against the West. It is jihad. Israel is simply receiving the blows that are meant for all of us. If there would have been no Israel , Islamic imperialism would have found other venues to release its energy and its desire for conquest. Thanks to Israeli parents who send their children to the army and lay awake at night, parents in Europe and America can sleep well and dream, unaware of the dangers looming.

Many in Europe argue in favor of abandoning Israel in order to address the grievances of our Muslim minorities. But if Israel were, God forbid, to go down, it would not bring any solace to the West It would not mean our Muslim minorities would all of a sudden change their behavior, and accept our values. On the contrary, the end of Israel would give enormous encouragement to the forces of Islam. They would, and rightly so, see the demise of Israel as proof that the West is weak, and doomed. The end of Israel would not mean the end of our problems with Islam, but only the beginning. It would mean the start of the final battle for world domination. If they can get Israel , they can get everything. So-called journalists volunteer to label any and all critics of Islamization as a ‘right-wing extremists’ or ‘racists’. In my country, the Netherlands , 60 percent of the population now sees the mass immigration of Muslims as the number one policy mistake since World War II. And another 60 percent sees Islam as the biggest threat. Yet there is a danger greater danger than terrorist attacks, the scenario of America as the last man standing. The lights may go out in Europe faster than you can imagine. An Islamic Europe means a Europe without freedom and democracy, an economic wasteland, an intellectual nightmare, and a loss of military might for America – as its allies will turn into enemies, enemies with atomic bombs. With an Islamic Europe, it would be up to America alone to preserve the heritage of Rome , Athens and Jerusalem .

Dear friends, liberty is the most precious of gifts. My generation never had to fight for this freedom, it was offered to us on a silver platter, by people who fought for it with their lives. All throughout Europe , American cemeteries remind us of the young boys who never made it home, and whose memory we cherish. My generation does not own this freedom; we are merely its custodians. We can only hand over this hard won liberty to Europe ’s children in the same state in which it was offered to us. We cannot strike a deal with mullahs and imams. Future generations would never forgive us. We cannot squander our liberties. We simply do not have the right to do so.

Just what do we know about this man? His certificate of birth has been sealed. Why would anyone seal their birth certificate? The only reason would be to hide the truth. What could Obama be hiding? All Obama’s educational records have been sealed. We do not know his grades in any of his schools. We know what colleges he attended, but all scores, tests, records of any kind have been sealed. We know hardly anyone who knew him. He definitely did not stand out. Again, all we know is what he is willing to reveal in his autobiographies.
We do know a little about his time as a State Senator in Illinois, but only a little. Seems most of the records have been somehow lost! What we do know is not very sterling. We know his run for the state senate seat was not exactly a competition. Seems he had a tendency to dig up whatever kind of dirt he could on his competitors’ and forced them out before the elections took place. His dealings with Tony Rezko and others were borderline illegal. Some of his cohorts are now in prison for their dirty dealings. By the way, Tony Rezko is a Syrian-American. Are you starting to get the picture yet??

Let’s face facts! With this man’s history, or lack of, if he were white, even a liberal white, he would not even make it as a State Senator, much less to the U.S. Senate and on to the White House! 98% of all black Americans voted for this man simply because he was black! Just ask them. They do not hesitate to admit it, and they are just beaming with pride because of it. Ask them about his stand on issues… not one can give you even remotely an answer! Most cannot even tell you who the Vice President is! Black America has put a man in the most powerful position in the world… only because he is black!!!

Three times now, once on the campaign trail and again during his acceptance speech for the Democratic nominee, as well as to the Marines, he mentioned building a civilian military as big and as well equipped as our military! When the liberals tried to enact the immigration bill we fought with our voices. All across this great country Americans flooded the Whitehouse switchboard with calls and faxes. We overloaded the switchboard with our calls and shut it down. Americans called their local congressmen and representatives in their home states in protest of this bill. So overwhelming were the calls that aides refused to answer the phones. Voicemail boxes were overloaded. The internet slowed to a crawl with the emails flooding the system in protest of the “amnesty” bill. Our representatives were running scared. But most importantly… they listened. In fear of their future as elected officials by our threats to vote them out of office, they relinquished and our voices were heard. The immigration “amnesty” bill was defeated. When this pork filled “stimulus” bill was up for vote we, as concerned Americans, did the same thing with the same results…but one. Full of arrogance and elitism from the 2006 and the 2008 elections that put the Democrats in total power they completely ignored the will of the vast majority of the American people. Why should they concern themselves with you? After all you have put them in power time and time again with your vote. You have shown them, with your vote, that whatever they do, it is with your consent!

For the next two years we are powerless to stop this mad man and his communist liberal henchmen from the severe damage they have already inflicted and will continue to inflict on our beloved country. What we must do now is comb the entire nation from its smallest towns and counties to its largest cities for brave citizens that are true conservative patriots that are willing to stand up for their country and run for political office. From the smallest county races all the way up to the House and Senate. Then we must support these volunteers with all our might and with every penny we can spare. If we are not willing to spend it here then our future dictator will take it anyway. They are in effect neutered. They are powerless to stop any legislation. Obama has signed an executive order to move the census bureau to the office of the Chief of Staff. What this does is give Obama the power to redraw districts to ensure a democratic majority in more than enough voting districts to insure a Democratic win in virtually every election of the future… forever! Thus one party rule… thus dictatorship! Unlimited terms for the Presidency would then be easy legislation to pass.

Next will be the gun ban. Liberals have been trying to pass this for decades! This will be a easy victory. If you have a registered firearm, you will be required by law to turn it in. Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4, 1982.”

So according to Fight the Smears itself, Obama’s Kenyan citizenship expired on Aug. 4, 1982 meaning he held Kenyan citizenship until that point. This is astounding and so far no mainstream media outlet has reported on it. Will some reporter out there be so bold as to ask Obama if he was a Kenyan citizen until his 21st birthday as his own website concedes?

Until reading of this Kenyan citizenship admission, I thought the lawsuit claimng that Obama was born in Kenya filed by Clinton supporter, Phil Berg, in Philadelphia was of minor import. However, by responding to it in the way it did, the Fight the Smears website has just opened up a big can of worms for Obama in its admission that he was a citizen of Kenya until 1982.

Meanwhile, instead of simply producing the original birth certificate in court and put the matter to rest, the Obama campaign seeks to evade that action by attempting to dismiss the lawsuit entirely. Here is the latest report on this lawsuit from the Phoenixville News:

PHILADELPHIA — Presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee filed a joint motion in federal court Wednesday to dismiss a lawsuit challenging the Illinois senator to prove he’s a citizen of the United States.

On Aug. 21, four days before the Democratic National Convention, Lafayette Hill attorney Philip Berg filed suit in Philadelphia seeking to remove the Democratic candidate from the November ballot claiming he was born in Kenya and not in America.

Berg asked the court for a temporary restraining order “prohibiting Obama from being formally confirmed as the Democratic Party nominee for president,” according to court papers.

The Federal Election Commission was also named as a defendant in the legal action.

A day after the suit was filed, a federal judge denied the motion for a temporary restraining order.
When rumors emerged last summer questioning whether Obama was born Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii, his campaign posted a certificate of live birth on its Web site.

In a press statement circulated Wednesday by Berg’s law office, the attorney insisted the Democratic candidate was born in Africa and thus ineligible to run for president.

“It is obvious that Obama was born in Kenya and does not meet the ‘qualifications’ to be president of the United States pursuant to our United States Constitution. Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his ‘Vault’ (version) Birth Certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist,” the press release reads.
The suit seeks to compel the senator to produce the long version of his original birth certificate.
The motion to dismiss filed Wednesday called the suit’s allegations “ridiculous and patently false,” and argues the court lacks legal standing to challenge a presidential candidate’s qualifications.
While Berg argued the case against Obama on constitutional grounds, Obama’s attorney claims Berg must show a “specific and individualized injury” to prove standing in the case rather than a hypothetical one.

Earlier this year, a similar suit brought against Republican presidential candidate John McCain’s and the Republican National Committee claimed that McCain wasn’t “a natural born” citizen, having been born in the Panama Canal Zone while his father was serving in the military.

That suit was dismissed in July on grounds the plaintiff lacked standing in the case.

A minor lawsuit that seemed to be just a small irritant has now caused the Obama website to respond by admitting that he was once a Kenyan citizen. Where is the MSM on this? Which brave reporter will quote Obama’s own website to him? Until now, there has been absolutely no mention in the mainstream media that we have a presidential candidate that once held citizenship with another country.
