Aiding & Abiding
This is a question we all should be asking ourselves about our liberal elected officials. I guess it would be self defeating to look back at their actions immediately after 9/11. Although they were all on the same page immediately after the attack, they are now in a totally different library. They go ballistic at the hint of accusations of being unpatriotic. I, for one, would go much further and call them treasonous! Every move, every action taken by the liberal left has been to undermine the efforts of the President! These elected liberal officials have one narrow agenda, to destroy the President and the Republican Party and return to power! Nothing else matters! They are more than willing to lose the war with the cost of the lives of our young men and women! In fact, the higher the body count, the worse it will be for the President, so they hope daily for the war to go badly so they can blame the President. They want high body counts! They harp on it almost daily! When the body count reached 2000, they celebrated it on national TV!
We all know by watching the events unfold during the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq that the enemy made extensive use of the satellite news media to monitor the moves of our forces. Thye are doing the same now. Every negative speech, every childish outburst, every loud accusation by the liberal political left, and the liberal news media (I’ll discuss this in another article) is being observed by the enemy. This emboldens them to hang on, to kill more of our soldiers. Have you ever noticed that after every outburst or speech by our liberal elected officials there is another kidnapping?? Speeches by Liberals like John Murtha and John Kerry stating that our military is losing the war and we are barely hanging on only serves to embolden the enemy. Outrageous statements that our soldiers are terrorizing women and children in the dark of night (John Kerry) not only embolden our enemy, but turn our allies into our enemies! All are lies, but these lies only tend to lead our own citizens here in the USA to question the reasons for this war. We need to be strong here so that our young men and women in uniform can remain steadfast knowing that we support them with every fiber of our being!
This past week, two events happened in congress that has set back the war effort to pre 9/11 days. First, Liberal Republican Senator John McCain bulldozed his anti- torture bill into the face of the President too many times and, sadly the President caved in to McCain’s demands! I can only guess that McCain is holding something over the President, probably having to do with the war effort. In the Whitehouse, when surrounded by wolves, sometimes you have to make unwilling compromises for the good of the people. I can sympathize with Senator McCain’s history of suffering the effects of torture as a POW during the Vietnam era, but his bill flatly insinuates that the USA tortures prisoners in its custody. He implies that our interrogation procedures are no different than those used by our enemies! This is as liberal an assumption as could ever be stated! (Liberals believe that the USA is the enemy) Basically, we now have no reason to take prisoners. We can no longer interrogate them, so why capture them? Just kill them!
Also this week the Senate has blocked sixteen critically important provisions of the Patriot Bill, basically, as Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid so gleefully touted “We killed the Patriot Act!” to which he received a loud applause from the left and four liberal Republicans which I will name later in this Article. This defeat basically reestablishes the wall that was erected before 9/11 by the Clinton administration prohibiting the CIA and FBI from sharing intelligence information. This leaves us wide open for another terrorist attack! The patriot Act was the main reason we have had no terrorist attacks on our homeland since 9/11! One thing, however, will become clear in the future, if there is another attack in the United States, the sole people responsible will not be the terrorists, but the Liberal Democrat leadership and the four Liberal Republicans who killed the Patriot Act.
There should be one important note in this vote. I personally give tribute to two Democrats who voted to uphold the Patriot Act. They are Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska and Senator Tim Johnson of South Dakota.

Conservative voters in these states should exercise their vote next election and help these individuals to find a less stressful job that is better befitting their limited capabilities, or at the very least, nominate them for the Democratic Party! Also note that the same could be said for Liberal Republican John McCain.

Instead of reflecting our love for our country, we get photos of flag burning incidents at Abu Ghraib and people throwing snowballs at presidential motorcades. The lack of accentuating the positive in Iraq serves two purposes. It is intended to undermine the world’s perception of the United States thus minimizing consequent support, and it is intended to discourage American citizens.

Proposal For Pullout
WASHINGTON(AP) The Republican-controlled House spurned calls for an immediate pullout of troops from Iraq in a vote hastily arranged by the GOP that Democrats vociferously denounced as politically motivated.
“To cut and run would invite terrorism into our backyards, and no one wants to see troops fighting terrorism on American soil,” Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill., said Friday night after the House, as planned, rejected a GOP-written resolution for immediate withdrawal. The vote, held as lawmakers rushed toward a two-week Thanksgiving break, was 403-3.
Democrats accused Republicans of orchestrating a political stunt that prohibited thoughtful debate on the issue, and nearly all voted against the measure.
That included Rep. John Murtha of Pennsylvania, the Democratic hawk whose call Thursday for pulling out troops set off a nasty, personal debate over the war.
“Our military is suffering. The future of our country is at risk. We cannot continue on our present course,” Murtha said. He said the GOP resolution was not the thoughtful approach he had suggested to bring the troops safely home in six months.
The House action came in a week that also saw the GOP-controlled Senate defeat a Democratic push for President Bush to lay out a timetable for withdrawal. Instead, senators approved a statement that 2006 should be a significant year in which conditions are created for the phased withdrawal of U.S. forces.
“Congress in strong, bipartisan fashion rejected the call to cut and run,” White House spokesman Scott McClellan, traveling with Bush in Asia, said a statement. Earlier Friday, the president called an immediate troop withdrawal “a recipe for disaster.”
Murtha, a Marine veteran decorated for combat service in Vietnam and widely respected among his peers, issued his call for a troop withdrawal at a news conference Thursday. In little more than 24 hours, Hastert and Republicans decided to put the question to the House.
Republicans hoped to place Democrats in an unappealing position _ either supporting a withdrawal that critics said would be precipitous or opposing it and angering voters who want an end to the conflict. They also hoped the vote could restore GOP momentum on an issue _ the war _ that has seen plummeting public support in recent weeks.
Democrats said it was a sham and quickly decided to vote against the resolution in an attempt to drain it of significance.
“A disgrace,” declared House minority leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. “The rankest of politics and the absence of any sense of shame,” added Rep. Steny Hoyer of Maryland, the No. 2 House Democrat.
At one point in the emotional debate, Rep. Jean Schmidt, R-Ohio, told of a phone call she received from a Marine colonel.
“He asked me to send Congress a message _ stay the course. He also asked me to send Congressman Murtha a message _ that cowards cut and run, Marines never do,” Schmidt said. Murtha is a 37-year Marine veteran and ranking Democrat on the defense appropriations subcommittee.
Democrats booed and shouted her down _ causing the House to come to a standstill.
Rep. Harold Ford, D-Tenn., charged across the chamber’s center aisle screaming that Republicans were making uncalled-for personal attacks. “You guys are pathetic! Pathetic!” yelled Rep. Marty Meehan, D-Mass.
Democrats gave Murtha a standing ovation as he entered the chamber and took his customary corner seat.
Murtha has proposed his own resolution that would force the president to withdraw the nearly 160,000 troops in Iraq “at the earliest practicable date.” It would establish a quick-reaction force and a nearby presence of Marines in the region. It also said the U.S. must pursue stability in Iraq through diplomacy.
The Republican alternative: “It is the sense of the House of Representatives that the deployment of United States forces in Iraq be terminated immediately.”
Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, said the resolution vote was not a stunt. “This is not an attack on an individual. This is a legitimate question,” he said.
Three Democrats, Jose Serrano of New York, Robert Wexler of Florida and Cynthia McKinney of Georgia, voted for withdrawal. Six voted present: Reps. Jim McDermott of Washington; Jerrold Nadler, Maurice Hinchey and Major Owens of New York; Michael Capuano of Massachusetts and William Lacy Clay of Missouri.
The War On Christmas
Belated Happy Thanksgiving and a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS. It is not something I am afraid or ashamed to say! I must apologize to everyone for my lapse in communications for so long. No excuses… I’ve been very busy, but this is not an excuse. I do hope everyone had a most wondrous and loving thanksgiving.
Just to hit lightly on the subject of the war on Christmas… and, again, for those of you that this war does not exist, then you do not have to read this. Many stores, including Sears, K-Mart and Lowe’s have seen the light… or maybe the profit lines and have returned to the use of the word Christmas in their stores. The outcry was tremendous and the world is listening. They must listen if they want to succeed! Statically, facts have shown that a full 90% to 95% of residents in the United States are Christian or Judeo-Christian. It’s certain that big business cannot survive on the business of the remaining 5% to 10% of America. This does not mean the war is over, it just means people are listening. So don’t be ashamed to say “Merry Christmas” to employees of Wal-Mart and the other non-conforming stores. They will eventually get the message too!
Final note… once the CHRISTMAS season is over, the fight must continue! The attack on Christianity is far more widespread and much further along. It is also much more dangerous. This war is being fought by evil men and women in very high places with powerful interest groups financing them. When you fought back on the subject of Christmas, they were caught by surprise and did not have time to organize. The war on Christianity is being waged by individuals and groups you trust. It is being waged by people you elected to serve you. It will take everyone of us and everything we have to win. We are at war with Satan and his followers, and if you read the bible, you know the evil of Satan!
What can you do to battle evil? VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!!!. Vote for those that are Christians, and follow their beliefs and express their beliefs in their deeds. BEWARE OF WOLVES IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING!!! Just to say you are Christian does not make you a Christian! Going to church everyday and twice on Sunday does not necessarily make you a Christian! Most true Christians I know show themselves in much more ways than going to church. They show by their deeds! I do not profess to be a Republican. Nor do I profess to be a Democrat or Independent or Libertarian! I do hold strong conservative beliefs. I believe the only way to survive and ultimately win this was is to elect strong religious conservatives to political office, regardless of party affiliation. Believe me, there are many religious conservatives out there that are a member of the Democratic Party. How do you think President Bush was elected…TWICE!
Now, I can hear now, the loud cry of “SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE!!’ I defy anyone to find this in our Declaration of Independence or The Constitution of the United States!! It does not exist! Furthermore, if you read the writings of our founders, you will find them all to be deeply religious! For decades after the establishment of our government, a religious degree was a requirement to hold office! The only instance even suggesting the separation of religion from our government was to prevent a church state as was existing in Britton at the time. The Ten Commandments permeate every aspect of the laws that we live by. Every law enacted by our lawmakers (The House and the Senate, NOT THE SUPREME COURT) hence, is still based on the Ten Commandments! Does this sound like our founders wanted religion removed from all aspects of our government. Go into any courthouse across this great country of ours and you will find images of religion as well as the Ten Commandments. No, religion is not intended to be a separate entity of our government, but instead a closely integrated part of all aspects of government, guiding and mentoring our elected representatives, giving them the tools of conscious and humility to lead us in the direction God intended. If you believe this is not so, then just look at the government we have now. Look back into the past and see the failure of government since the battle to remove religion from the halls of congress and the Whitehouse. If you look back far enough, you may see just where this war began!

WWIII?
For most, the mention of Iran brings memories of the 1979 hostage taking in Tehran. The new Iranian President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been identified by some of the 66 hostages taken as one of the terrorists. We shall call him Mr. Mad in this article.
Mr. Mad is beginning to show his true colors and his true nature is very frightening. His mad touting includes threats to wipe Israel off the map and death to all Zionists (Westerners, mainly USA). He also made a statement insinuating that just one atomic bomb dropped on Israel would destroy it whereas an atomic bomb dropped on Iran would not destroy Islam!
The intelligence world has stated that Iran will have enough enriched uranium to build an atomic weapon by the end of March, 2005. Israel is now developing plans to counter this threat. Do you think Israel will be willing to wait until the end of March to preempt this threat? Would you?
We find ourselves in a very serious dilemma! Be assured, Iran has been run by more dangerous people than Iraq has ever had and will not hesitate to launch nuclear weapons against either Israel or US allies in Iraq! Remember, the goal of radical islam is to destroy us, not to subjugate us. Pure and simple… they want us dead!
There are several scenarios that can happen, none are good. You should expect that we will be at war with Iran before 2006 ends. This will not be near as easy as Iraq! Expect that this will be a long and bloody war. The alternative is anilation, pure and simple.
Scenario one; Israel decides to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities. This is a Jewish state attacking an Islamic country. What would ensue would be a full scale war that would draw in Syria and every Islamic fundamentalist in every Middle Eastern country numbering in the millions. Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and many other countries would not be able to calm their population. Iraq will come under attack. Not only radical Muslims would join the fight, but moderate Muslims as well. The US could win, but it would be costly in the lives of our soldiers. This war would last for years!
Scenario two; Israel does not attack in the hopes that Mr. Mad is bluffing and trying to invoke Israel into attacking. This man does not have a history of bluffing! He has a lifelong burning desire to destroy Israel and America. As a result, Israel is attacked with a nuclear bomb. The United States will have no choice but to retaliate. The conclusion of scenario ensues.
Scenario three; The United States invades Iran as a continuance of the war on terrorism. There will be a lot of threats and lots of accusations but, the world knows that Iran is developing nuclear technology and with Mr. Mad’s rhetoric and insane statements, an invasion can be legitimately seen as a continuing war on terrorism. As long as the Jewish state is not involved, the war will be contained within the country of Iran. There will be some movement of Muslims into Iran, but no where near as many as would come to kill the jews. Every effort needs to be made to keep Israel out of the war or the war will not be with radical Islam, but with Islam!
I am not a war monger. Although I have been to war, I do not condone it. Needless to say that I am willing to fight for my freedom and that of my country. Most of us are. We are at war, and we will soon be at war with Iran and eventually Syria. There is no way around this. It will happen. What we need to do is to find a way to defeat Iran with as little bloodshed as possible. I would much rather take on 100,000 radical Muslims than 10 million moderate Muslims!
